A COMPENDIUM OF ENGLISHNESS

On a two-week study trip to London, every student collected pictures, sketches and researched texts on two topics considered to be typically English. Back in Lucerne, I had to work out a concept for a publication that would combine all the sixty topics. I divided my book into four different parts: lexicon, essays, dialogs and visuals. I made this to give the book a clear structure and also to add some variety to the book. It was important for me to create a simple, understandable book without any redundancies, but with a passion for details.
